me introduce myself, my name is Marc Marino and I am the
owner/operator of Sherlock Home Inspection. We are a New
York Home Inspection Company based in Garden City. Sherlock
Home Inspection mostly does Licensed Home Inspections
throughout lower New York State. Since we are an owner
operated business and not a franchise, I personally perform
each Inspection. Each New York State House Inspection get
my personal attention.
The key
to a good Home Inspection is the expertise of the
Inspector. I have over 21 years of Home Inspection
experience in the New York area and have personally
performed over 5700 Home Inspections. At Sherlock Home
Inspection we don’t use gadgets, gimmicks, slogans or sales
pitches; just a professionally executed, comprehensive and
complete Home Inspection.
My office
is in Garden City, NY but we perform House Inspections
throughout Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and
Staten Island. In addition, we also service Westchester,
Rockland and Putnam Counties. Home Inspections are
